**About the job**:
In this role, you will act as a technical expert and escalation point for the regional Customer Engagement (CE) team, supporting the CE team on account. You will also participate in the product interlock process for roadmaps, feature and functional product development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the CE team and drive opportunities within the region to build product and service relationships with customers.
- Act as the technical expert and regional contact point for product and engineering escalations, ensuring interlocks on product roadmaps, feature development, and issue resolution.
- Develop and deliver continuous enablement content for the CE team, including webinars, technical training, and best practice guidance.
- Partner with CE and Sales Leadership to drive CE initiatives that support the GTM strategy, improve customer engagement, and accelerate pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering and Support) to provide feedback on customer challenges and influence future product enhancements. Lead security architecture discussions with customers, providing thought leadership, best practices, and guidance on security frameworks, industry trends, and risk mitigation strategies.
