**Responsibilities**:

- ** Knowledge of Managing Appian Infra level activities like housekeeping, Monitoring, Co-ordinating with other teams for any Server Level activity including OS and VM.**:

- ** Should be able to do thorough testing of Hotfix or any Patch for which RFT and RFP gets released by Engineering Team.**:

- ** Should Have knowledge of all the vulnerabilities related to Appian Product and Middleware and should be able to further work to get solution/fix for the same**:

- ** Should know the Server level and Product level Guidelines, like various permissions, ownerships, Product level Flags used in configurations, which comes under exceptions and red flags.**:

- ** Should have knowledge of Appian and Application hosted on Appian Platform from Infra Prospective as support is required to be provided to Workflow developers through Appian UI and Database SQL connect.**:

- ** Should know DevOps right from making the build from DEV, adding it into Bit Bucket, Jenkins, RLM for SIT and Promoting and raising change for UAT and PROD**:

- ** Should have knowledge of Monitoring through various tools like AppDynamics, Splunk and also customized alerting system using Mailx and shell scripting.**:

- ** Should have good Knowledge of Appian underlying Products like Tomcat, Apache, Kafka, zookeeper etc and should have good Troubleshooting skills for Issue finding and Performance scaling.**:

- ** As a Middleware SME should have deep understanding and knowledge of multiple Product Integrations, their secure SSL communications, enabling and configuring END to END setup starting from CITI DNS URLS to VIP to WebServers to Application Servers.**:

- ** Exposure tools like Performance tunning tool - Tivoli Performance Viewer, DevOps Tool like - BitBucket, Jenkins, RLM, Other tools like - CAS, Starfleet, Ansible Tower**:
**Qualifications**:

- ** 8+ years of relevant experience**:

- ** Experience in managing and implementing successful projects**:

- ** Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods**:

- ** Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements**:
**Education**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience**:
