**Responsibilities**:

- Designs/analyze complex reports to satisfy management requirements.
- Understand Banking and Finance data model to conduct file delivery based on changed request (CR), source request testing (SRT) and target record layout
- Preferred Strong knowledge on UNIX shell scripts to validate raw data from Product processor source files (.dat files) before loading to DMART tables.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across work streams
- Deals with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact.
- Leads reengineering efforts in business's methodology, strategy, and organizational goals.
- Applies/demonstrates advanced understanding of processes, procedures, and policies for aligned business
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
- Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Influences strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services that have direct impact on the business.

- Defines detailed business data requirements and documenting them.
- Completes projects to acquire data, manage it, and present it for use in reporting and statistics.
- Documents platform processes, procedures, and training materials.
- Coordinates and plans work activities, meetings and other tasks that demonstrate leadership with measurable results.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- 6-8 years’ experience in an IT project leadership role
- 2+ years Experiences database platforms Netezza, Oracle and Teradata and Unix environments
- Strong Understanding of Agile framework and SAFE is a must
- Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence administration processes
- Exposure to Ab initio preferred
- Experience with App Dynamics environment monitoring preferred
- May be responsible for detailed analysis of issues where the best course of action is not evident from the information available, but actions must be recommended/ taken
- Domain knowledge on Banking and Financial Services experiences preferred
- Experience with defining and implementing data quality programs
- Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
- Demonstrated logical analysis skills, attention to detail and problem-solving Proven ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong skills in program management/planning, presentations, and communication.
- Highly proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including Pivot tables), and MS

Project.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
