**Product Designer**

**Objectives of this role**

Design visual concepts using Figma
- Incorporate relevant branding, marketing, and communication strategies in designs

**Responsibilities**

Collaborate with product teams for cohesive deliverables
- Consistently deliver creative solutions to address customer needs and make data-driven decisions
- Work with product managers and the design team to facilitate requirements gathering, define customer journey, and validate concept designs with stakeholders
- Define and maintain customer journeys and use them to identify and initiate improvements in order to address customer needs
- Validate designs by creating prototypes for testing and running a/b tests as needed

**Required skills and qualifications**

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- 2+ years of product design experience with a balanced knowledge and skills in UI and UX
- Mastery of foundational design concepts and visual principles
- Proficiency with Figma as well as prototyping and research tools and techniques for outstanding design work
- Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce work within deadlines
- Worked in agile environments with experience running design sprints
- A self-starter and a team player
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in design or art-related field
- Experience in building a design system
