- **Programming and Execution**:May involve programming the machine using G-code or other software to guide the cutting process, or they may work with pre-programmed files.
- **Quality Control**:Inspect finished parts for accuracy, proper dimensions, and adherence to quality standards using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
- **Maintenance**:Perform routine maintenance on the machine, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, and report any issues to supervisors.
- **Safety Compliance**:Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Production Tracking**:Maintain records of production, including material usage, machine settings, and completed parts.
- **Material Handling**:Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage.
- **Troubleshooting**:Identify and resolve minor issues with the machine or program to minimize downtime.
