Job Title**:Real Estate Sales Executive**

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. This role involves meeting clients, conducting on-site product demonstrations, and helping them make informed purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client inquiries and schedule property visits.
- Conduct on-site project presentations and walkthroughs for prospective buyers, participate in business exhibitions.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and other details clearly.
- Follow up with clients and maintain relationships throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the CRM and marketing teams for lead updates and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in real estate or direct sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with in-person client interactions and fieldwork.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated personality.

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (required)
