Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and generate new leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand clients' needs and preferences to identify suitable properties.

Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.

Negotiate offers and close sales in a timely and efficient manner.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, legal, and property management to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Attend industry events and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Adhere to all ethical standards and real estate regulations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in real estate sales.

Strong understanding of the local real estate market.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
