**About the Role**

Are you someone who understands the inner workings of the stock market — especially how scams and unethical practices unfold?
Can you speak confidently with retail traders, understand their challenges, and guide them through the right course of action?

We’re hiring a **Stock Market Executive** to be the first line of communication for individuals impacted by fraudulent or misleading trading practices. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with affected traders, gather critical information, and collaborate with our internal compliance and legal teams to support their journey toward justice.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Speak with impacted retail traders to understand how scams or fraudulent schemes were carried out
- Collect and document all relevant evidence including transaction records, communication trails, and broker information
- Assist clients in filing formal complaints with regulatory and enforcement bodies like SEBI, RBI, Cyber Police, etc.
- Liaise with our legal and drafting teams to prepare and file detailed complaint submissions
- Act as a compassionate yet professional bridge between victims and legal recourse
- Maintain accurate, organized records of each case and ensure timely escalation of high-risk matters

**What We’re Looking For**
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in client-facing or calling roles (preferably in financial services, broking, or fintech)
- Solid understanding of stock market operations, SEBI regulations, F&O scams, tip-selling frauds, and broker misconduct
- Strong verbal communication skills in both **Hindi and English**:

- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working calmly under pressure
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ethics and responsibility
