**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured and interactive classroom sessions on stock market concepts (Fundamental, Technical, Derivatives, Options, etc.)
- Create and deliver course material, lesson plans, and presentations for batches across beginner to advanced levels.
- Mentor and support students in understanding real-time market scenarios, live trading strategies, and portfolio management.
- Facilitate regular doubt-clearing sessions, workshops, and live trading labs.
- Track student progress, provide feedback, and maintain academic reports.
- Drive student engagement through in-class activities, community discussions, quizzes, and trading contests.
- Ensure compliance with academic SOPs and classroom delivery standards.
- Contribute to content creation, social media education posts, and knowledge-sharing videos when required.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Batch delivery timeliness & quality
- Number of demo sessions conducted and conversions to enrollments (L1 to L2)
- Student feedback scores on Google, Trustpilot, and other platforms
- Number of community engagement events conducted
- Volume of student doubts addressed effectively
- Number of educational videos/posts created monthly
- Participation in academic audits and classroom SOP adherence

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a stock market trainer, mentor, or faculty
- Strong command over trading platforms (e.g., TradingView, Zerodha, etc.)
- Practical trading experience across equity, derivatives, and intraday strategies
- Sound understanding of both fundamental and technical analysis
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching
- NISM Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
