Cloud Developer Intern

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to assist in streamlining our recruitment process using AI-powered tools and Microsoft Azure. This role involves leveraging AI-based platforms to screen, evaluate, and shortlist CVs, ensuring an efficient and data-driven hiring process. The intern will work closely with our HR and IT teams to integrate AI solutions, analyze hiring trends, and optimize recruitment workflows.

You must be available 11 am - 8 pm IST and recent graduate or pursuing masters with good time availability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in configuring, training, and fine-tuning AI models for recruitment purposes.
- Work with HR to define key parameters, keywords, and job requirements for AI-driven screening.
- Maintain and update the AI screening system to enhance accuracy and performance.
- Assist in evaluating AI recruitment tools and suggesting improvements.
- Document processes and provide training materials for HR staff on AI-based recruitment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience with Microsoft Azure AI services.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment workflows is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
