**Job Title**: Sales & Marketing Intern

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will support our sales and marketing team in generating leads, building relationships with schools and educational institutions, and promoting our coaching classes. This role requires a combination of fieldwork (meeting school representatives) and in-office tasks, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both client-facing and strategic work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential leads and generate interest for our coaching programs.
- **Fieldwork**: Visit local schools, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations to promote our services, build relationships, and secure meetings with decision-makers.
- **Client Interaction**: Maintain regular communication with school representatives to understand their needs and pitch our programs effectively.
- **Market Research**: Assist in identifying trends and competitor offerings to help refine marketing strategies.
- **Event Coordination**: Help in organizing events, workshops, and seminars to showcase our coaching programs to schools and students.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with follow-up communication, lead tracking, and customer inquiries.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with school representatives and create lasting relationships.
- Some prior experience in fieldwork or sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work both in-office and on the field.
- Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies (offline/field marketing) is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Comfortable with in-person meetings and outreach to local schools and institutions.
- A positive, self-driven attitude with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
