International Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Analysis and Strategy**:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the international stone industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand market share.
- Analyze competitors and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
**Developing Strategies**:
- According to the market requirement, develop a team by mentoring them to generate leads and increase the overall turnover of the company.
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Identify potential clients and partners in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
**Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
**Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Train and educate clients and partners on the benefits of our products.
**Travel and Trade Shows**:
- Utilize your extensive travel experience to visit clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
- Represent the company professionally at international trade shows and exhibitions.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Engineering).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, with a focus on the quartz industry.
- Experience of international Market like - America, Europe, US etc.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Proficiency in G suite, and Microsoft Office.
