We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Telecalling Executives in our Homedecor store. If you have a passion for customer service and sales, along with knowledge of Homedecor products, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Outreach:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain Fabrich Decor products and services.
- Build and maintain a database of potential leads and update customer information as needed.
- Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with Homedecor product and service offerings to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries about Fabrich Décor products and services.
- Sales Techniques:

- Utilize effective telecalling scripts and sales techniques to persuade potential customers to make a purchase.
- Overcome objections and handle rejection professionally.
- Documentation:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and leads in a CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly Telecalling reports to the Store manager.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in an Homedecor or furniture related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education: Graduate (preferred)

Schedule:Day shift

**Experience**:

- Telecalling: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

Language:English (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
