- Job Title: Jr. DxT Executive - Financial Services - Mumbai
- Purpose of Job:

- Assist with Digital Transformation of the company business from conventional lending and paper-driven execution to digital process. Align with Digital vision and implementation roadmap of future state digital technology, content management, analytics & cloud native solution architectures. Be an active team member assisting with maximization of digital transformation initiatives by adoption of robotic process automation (RPA) & intelligent process automation (IPA) for integration of digital technology into all areas of a business via technology adoption, data gathering, process definition, and organizational change. Support enhancements to existing business process, leverage tools, frameworks, platforms to increase adoption of digital platform company wide.
- Job Responsibility- Implement automation routines as per business requirements
- Assist with POCs on new and cutting-edge products/technologies to experiment with new tools and ideas
- Support with timely and defect free delivery on project activities
- Help testing product functionality delivered by technology implementation partners
- Willingness to work from any company office and travel to field as necessary
- Key Skills:

- Key Skills:
- Experience with one programming language, RPA, AI/ML technologies/frameworks - Preferred
- Knowledge of BI reporting, analytical tools, data modelling and data visualization tools - Preferred
- Experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies - Preferred
- Experience working on the Core Lending solutions, Ancillary lending solutions - Preferred
- Knowledge/Experience of tools for digital transformation - Preferred
- Experience working as a business analyst for BFSI - Preferred

Mandatory:

- Experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies
- Knowledge of SDLC, BRD, FSD, Wireframe creation
- Understanding of Sprints, Product Backlog & Agile / Iterative methodology
- Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, tracking & collaboration tools

Industry:

- Experience working on lending solutions and/or lending business - Preferred
- Experience working on Banking & Payment solutions, Mobile Apps, Web Apps, Cloud Apps, Peripheral solutions - Preferred

- Qualification:
