Dhanyaayai Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **GEM Executive** to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing the end-to-end tendering process for IT-related projects, combined with handling responsibilities on the **Government e-Marketplace (GEM)** platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tender Identification and Management**:

- Identify IT-related tender opportunities through various platforms, including GEM, government portals, and networks.
- Analyze tender requirements, assess feasibility, and recommend participation strategies.

**Documentation and Proposal Preparation**:

- Develop and compile comprehensive tender documents adhering to client specifications and compliance requirements.
- Tailor proposals to meet client needs, emphasizing IT solutions and services effectively.

**GEM Portal Management**:

- Register, update, and maintain the company profile on the GEM platform.
- List products and services accurately, ensuring compliance with GEM policies.
- Handle order acknowledgments, processing, and delivery coordination on GEM.
- Resolve issues related to product listings, orders, and payments on the GEM portal.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, finance) to gather information for tender submissions.
- Ensure proposals align with company capabilities, GEM policies, and strategic goals.

**Pricing and Cost Analysis**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop pricing strategies for tenders and GEM opportunities.
- Maintain competitiveness while ensuring profitability.

**Client and Supplier Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and government buyers throughout the tendering process.
- Address client queries promptly and maintain professional relationships.

**Risk Assessment and Compliance**:

- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with all regulatory, GEM, and contractual requirements.
- Assist in mitigating risks associated with tender submissions and GEM transactions.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tender and GEM opportunities.

**Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of tender submissions, GEM orders, and results.
- Generate regular reports on tender and GEM platform activities for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tender management and GEM operations within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and GEM portal operations.
- Ability to analyze and tailor proposals to align with client requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,735.00 per month
