**Siigma Air Conditioners** is looking for a highly organized and proactive **Service Coordinator / Operations Executive** to manage daily service operations, technician scheduling, and customer follow-ups. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth coordination between customers, technicians, and management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assign daily service jobs (installations, repairs, maintenance) to technicians.
Maintain a live tracker of all ongoing and completed service calls.
Coordinate with customers to confirm service appointments and update them about technician arrival time.
Take follow-up feedback calls after service completion.
Handle last-minute rescheduling, cancellations, and customer queries.
Maintain and update service records in Excel/CRM (if available).
Track technician attendance, work quality, and field reporting.
Report daily service summary to management.
Support sales team in upselling AMC packages when interacting with customers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English preferred)
- Ability to handle customer calls politely and professionally
- Quick thinking to manage sudden changes in schedules
- Experience in service-based industry (AC, Home Services, Appliances) is a plus
- Team player with a proactive attitude

**Experience**:
Minimum 1-2 years in **service coordination** / **operations role**, preferably in AC service, home appliance service, or similar industries. Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills can also apply.

**Salary**:
₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month (depending on experience)
Performance-based incentives can be offered for strong service management.

**Work Timings**:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Flexible if work demands)
