Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities to meet production targets while maintaining optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize production processes and resolve any issues or challenges.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality within the Production Oral Solid Dosage department.

Develop and implement training programs to ensure that staff are adequately trained and competent to perform their roles effectively.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
