**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive - Point of Sale (POS)
POS solution sales, generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and closing deals.
This role requires excellent communication skills, proactive outreach, and effective use of CRM
tools.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation & Engagement: Conduct outreach to identify and engage potential
customers in industries like retail, hospitality, and food services.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and
recommend tailored POS solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Schedule meetings with qualified leads, follow up
promptly with unresponsive prospects, and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as
their trusted advisor.
- CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM tools to track and manage interactions, automate
follow-ups, and gain insights into lead behavior.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales
strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze the effectiveness of lead sources and track key sales
metrics to optimize performance.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (3+ years
preferred).

- Familiarity with industries like retail, hospitality, and food services.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹680,000.00 per year
