**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and execute data-driven media buying strategies for paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Define target audience segments and create targeted campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Plan, negotiate, and purchase media across different digital platforms.
- **Budget Management & Optimization**:

- Oversee daily media budgets and ensure campaigns are running efficiently to meet KPIs.
- Adjust bids, budget allocations, and ad creatives to optimize performance in real-time.
- Analyze spending and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- **Ad Creative & Testing**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and A/B test ad creatives
- Continually test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Implement and manage retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CPA (Cost per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and more.
- Identify trends and insights to improve future campaigns.
- **Collaboration & Cross-functional Communication**:

- Work closely with the Ecommerce team to align media buying strategies with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the social media and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand voice and strategy.
- Communicate performance and insights to senior leadership, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
