- Communicate effectively with external parties, such as legal advisors, consultants, and target companies, to ensure the smooth flow of information.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all due diligence activities.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting due diligence processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, JD) is a plus.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in due diligence, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and legal information.
- Excellent research capabilities and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite and other relevant tools.
