**Job Title: Placement Officer**

Salary Range: 25,000 to 35,000 INR

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop relationships with potential employers for student placements.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews between students and employers.
Provide guidance and support to students throughout the placement process.
Maintain accurate records of student placements and employer contacts.
Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment of placement opportunities with student skills and interests.
Stay updated with industry trends and job market requirements to enhance placement success rates.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment, placement, or career services preferred.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the education sector and job market trends.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
