**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production Activities**:

- Monitor daily production schedules and workflows, ensuring timely completion of garment orders.
- Assign tasks to production staff based on skill levels and production requirements.
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards and safety protocols on the production floor.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks at various stages of production to ensure garments meet specified standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to minimize defects and returns.
- **Staff Management and Training**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.
- Organize and conduct training sessions to improve skills and productivity.
- Address staff issues, promote a positive work environment, and manage attendance and performance.
- **Inventory and Resource Management**:

- Oversee the usage of materials and equipment, ensuring optimal use and mínimal wastage.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure a steady flow of raw materials and supplies.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production manager to develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory usage, and quality control reports.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports to the Production Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
