Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will support our project management team in planning, organizing, and executing various projects. This post is designed for freshers who are looking to kick-start their careers in project coordination and gain exposure to the IT industry.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the project management team in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure they are clearly defined.
3. Help create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
4. Track project progress and milestones, identifying potential risks and issues, and proposing solutions.
5. Support project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
6. Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
7. Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports for stakeholders.
8. Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts to enhance project management practices.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project coordination and management.
10. Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the project management team.
**Requirements**:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration).
2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
6. Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
7. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
8. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to contribute to a fast-paced work environment.
9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically.
10. Flexibility to work on multiple projects and handle tight deadlines.
Location: KINFRA Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery ,Calicut
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
