Project Coordinator

**Project Management**:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of projects, from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
- Develop project schedules, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal teams (design, production, sales) and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project status reports for management and other stakeholders.
- **Client Communication**:
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, and resolve any concerns.
- Assist in preparing project proposals and contracts as needed.
- **Digital Marketing Support**:
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
- Support the development of online content related to product launches and promotional activities.
- **Inventory & Production Coordination**:
- Help manage inventory levels to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products.
- Work closely with the production team to track the progress of manufacturing and shipping schedules.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure that all products meet the company’s standards and specifications before delivery.
- Help address any quality issues or concerns raised by clients or production teams.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in project coordination or a similar role.
- Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
