We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service and work with the team.
- Manage the phone calls by maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Resolve customer Queries/Suggestions brought to your attention.
- Conducts quality assurance surveys with our customers and provides feedback to the management.

**Requirements**:

- An MBA Graduate or equivalent to that degree
- Excellent Interpersonal, Written & Oral communication skills - Hindi, Telugu, English and Kannada
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
