**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implement new sales strategies to generate more business and achieve sales growth.
- Leverage sales experience to support department operations and contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage sales data, organize documentation, and maintain accuracy in reporting.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to support efforts aimed at achieving sales objectives and improving team performance.
- Understand and adapt to business requirements, working accordingly to meet departmental goals.
- Contribute as both a team player and individual performer to meet sales objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- **Communication Skills**: Proficiency in speaking, listening, writing, and reading.
- **Sales Experience**: 0-3 years in sales (excluding bench sales).
- **Technical Expertise**: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- **Educational Background**: BBA or MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- **Hard Work Orientation**: A strong work ethic and dedication to meeting sales targets.
- **Team Player & Individual Contributor**: Ability to work well in a team and independently to achieve goals.
