Job Title: D2C LeadReports to: Head of GrowthLocation: HyderabadJob Summary:We're seeking a seasoned D2C Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer strategy anddrive business growth for our personal care brand trough Website.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, and growth hacking, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:1. D2C Strategy & Execution: - Develop and execute omnichannel D2C strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, logistics) to ensure seamlesscustomer experiences.2. Growth Initiatives: - Identify and execute growth opportunities across social media, email marketing, influencerpartnerships, and paid advertising.- Analyze data to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.3. Customer Insights & Engagement:- Develop customer personas and insights to inform marketing strategies.- Implement customer retention programs to drive loyalty and repeat business.4. Performance Analysis & Reporting: - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer acquisition cost, andretention rates.- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.Requirements:1. 7+ years of experience in D2C , digital marketing, or growth hacking.2. Proven track record of driving online sales and customer engagement.3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and growth hacking strategies.4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.6. Experience in personal care or FMCG industry is a plus.
