
Personal Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain records, files, and contact databases.
- Remind and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a coordinator, executive assistant, or personal assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate or relevant degree preferred.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
