**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide overall academic and administrative leadership for the CBSE school.
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and academic policies.
- Lead and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor student performance, faculty development, and curriculum enrichment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily school operations, discipline, and compliance.
- Build strong communication channels with parents, staff, and the school community.
- Organize school events, assessments, inspections, and board-related documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Education)
- B.Ed. is mandatory
- Minimum **8-10 years of teaching experience**, with **3-5 years in a leadership role** (Vice Principal / Principal)
- In-depth understanding of the CBSE curriculum and guidelines
- Proven ability to lead academic teams and manage school operations effectively
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
