About The Function
Tata Communications a leading global provider of B2B telecom services and has developed its Partnership GTM channel to reach the goal of 25%+ of revenues from GTM Partners.
As part of this enablement framework, Global Partnership Group (GPG) is working on compensation scheme, which is compelling, competitive to adequately compensate partner for their efforts to sell TATA communication products and services.
The commission operations part of GPG has been moved into Financial Planning & Analysis part of SIP team.
Purpose of the role
The Analyst is a position within Tata Communications, based in the (BU) team and reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.
This role leads a small and mighty team of tight-knit communication professionals who are responsible for protecting, building and enhancing Tata Communications corporate reputation globally.
This individual is responsible to run the partner commission engine ensuring that the partners receive the commission accurately & on time.
You will be based in Mumbai
Roles & Responsibility

Creating tickets in ServiceNow ticketing tool and ensuring resolution of tickets. Preparation of weekly Partner ticket TAT tracker. Ticket resolution TAT presently maintained at 2 working days.
Interaction with cross functions like Global Partnership group, Sales team, Accounts Payable team, Tax team, Vendor Maintenance team for Governance related clarifications, Partner agreements, vendor ledger updation, pay-outs and GST & TDS related queries.
Skillfully preparing Partner commissions international statements, reconciliation of billing files with partner statements to identify missed out billings and uploading them in commission statement. High level of data accuracy and almost zero tolerance level for any mistakes expected since its commission statement preparation. Monthly statement preparation for ~4000 orders spread across ~150 partners across the globe (USD 2.7Mn p.a)

Qualification & Other Requirements
Business, Accounting or Finance Degree /Experience 3 to 5 years
Independent who can work cross functionally and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Time Management & Prioritization
Work under pressure, meets tight deadlines and deals with ambiguity.
Self Starter
Efficiency in handling large volume data in excel.
Good analytical skills
Good organizational and planning skills
Team player
High autonomy and sense of responsibility, ability to work without supervision, sound decision-making
Excellent communication, presentation skills (verbal, written), organizational skills are essential
Good working experience in MS-Excel. MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word experience would be added advantage
Experience working with incentive compensation tools preferably Callidus and SAP
