We have immediate job opportunity for Customer Service Imports Ocean
- Derive Customer Satisfaction to highest levels for key accounts within the region.
- Should be capable to become a single point of Escalation point for Existing key accounts within the region.
- Manage & Lead an existing CS Imports Ocean people within the region.
- Should possess a decent experience of Team leading role at a regional level.
- Have thorough knowledge of all Export & Import process for all products (Ocean, Air, LCL, Cross Country).
- Improvement of job & Invoicing TAT’s.
- MIS Closing & Monthly reporting.

- Sea Import Customer Services: 4 years (preferred)
- Import Documentation: 2 years (preferred)
- Import Prcing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
