Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate import shipments from origin to destination, ensuring smooth transit and timely delivery.
- Liaise with clients to obtain necessary shipment details, documents, and instructions for import clearance.
- Communicate with overseas agents and shipping lines to arrange bookings, monitor vessel schedules, and track shipments.
- Prepare and submit import documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other required paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate customs clearance processes, including classification, valuation, and duty calculation, to expedite cargo release.
- Handle queries and resolve issues related to import shipments, providing proactive communication and timely solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile invoices, manage payment collections, and ensure accurate billing for import services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of import procedures, policies, and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects as assigned by management to support business objectives and continuous improvement efforts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
