We are seeking a talented and creative **Junior Graphic Designer **to join our team at Digilligence. As a Graphic Designer with 1.5-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our company's brand identity. Your role will involve designing various digital and print materials to support our marketing, communication, and branding efforts. This is an in-office position based in Thane, Maharashtra, with a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month.

- **Responsibilities**:_

**1. Graphic Design**:

- Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for a range of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.

**2.Digital Design**:

- Develop engaging digital assets, such as web graphics, infographics, and illustrations, to enhance the user experience on our online platforms.

**3. Print Materials**:

- Design print-ready materials for various marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with external print vendors to ensure high-quality production.

**4. Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts.

**5.Creative Ideation**:

- Contribute innovative design ideas and concepts that align with our marketing and communication goals.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.

**6.Time Management and Reporting**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and report to the design lead or manager.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience of 1.5-2 years as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Demonstrated ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in designing marketing materials and familiarity with digital and print design best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
