**Job Role**:Junior Graphic Designer

**Location**: Thane (Work from the office)

**Who are we looking for**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.

As a fresher, you should have a passion for visual storytelling, design, and social media.

You will be responsible for creating engaging graphics and videos that align with our brand image and social media strategy.

**Top 3 Daily Tasks**:

- Actively produce graphic and video content in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Create content according to the social media and marketing content calendar.
- Work closely with copywriters and the marketing team to produce the final design.

**Work experience**: 6-12 months of work experience.

**Top 5 Skills you should possess**:

- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, adobe iMovie, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Davinci Resolve and Photoshop.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
- Alternatively, demonstrated success in relevant professional fields like communications, journalism, marketing, or graphic design.
- Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts and data through images.
- Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Technical proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Creating and editing graphics and layouts for internal communications and engagements with our board of directors.
- Designing essential business materials, such as business cards and presentations.
- Developing infographics and presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex concepts and data.
- Editing video clips for use on social media platforms.
- Working autonomously and generating high-quality concepts with mínimal instruction.
- Managing timelines and prioritizing workloads effectively.
- Assisting the team in developing and executing communications plans.
- Providing technical support for design related efforts.
- Optimizing graphics and video content for social media platforms.
- Maintaining organized content files and helping to organize and archive existing design files.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
