**He will be responsible for meeting the daily service support needs of the customer’s requirement. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.**
**Essential Job Responsibilities**
Ø Technical support on selection, commissioning and operation of pumps and motors after sales.
Ø Contributing to product development based on feedback from suppliers and customers in the market after sales.
Ø Key interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues and product complaints, leading to a final customer satisfaction.
Ø Responsible for the entire service and spare parts business development.
Ø Coordinate between customer and production team to evaluate failure trends and product quality problems & issues.
Ø Focusing on KPI (key performance Indicator) to achieve betterment in customer service.
Ø Generating revenue through liquidating spares into market and ensuring genuine spare usage of product.
Ø Collaborate with sales departments as technical support during the service programs to promote brand with positive approach.
Ø Responsible for spares target achievement & recovery, by coordinating with all branches, Regional Managers, Sales Managers & sometimes customers for the same.
Ø Coordinating the customers, engineers & seniors to settle down the service issues, warranty issues, spare parts issues by attending customer complaints.
Ø Maintaining cross supply database of clients.
Ø Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Ø Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Ø Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
Ø Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
Ø Effective complaint resolution and monitoring.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Mechanical Engineering Graduate, with 3 or more years’ experience in servicing with Heavy Engineering Industry.
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.
- Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
- Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
- Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities. Able to work productively in a pressurized environment.
- Ethical and trustworthy.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
