A **Commis 3** is responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and plating under the supervision of more experienced chefs. They perform basic kitchen tasks, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and support the overall smooth operation of the kitchen.
- **Food Preparation**: Chopping, cleaning, slicing, and preparing ingredients according to recipes.
- **Cooking**: Assisting with various cooking methods like boiling, steaming, sautéing, and frying.
- **Plating**: Presenting food in a visually appealing and organized manner.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and following food safety procedures.
- **Kitchen Support**: Assisting with setting up and breaking down work stations and cleaning equipment.
- **Stock Management**: Supporting with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory.
- **Communication**: Communicating effectively with the kitchen team for efficient service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
