**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic development.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
- Educate and train parents on strategies to support their child’s communication skills at home.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and special educators.

**Requirements**:
**Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) or equivalent.
**Certification and registration** with relevant professional bodies.
**Experience in pediatric speech therapy** is highly preferred.
**Compassionate and patient-centered approach** to therapy.
**Strong communication and collaboration skills** with children, parents, and team members.
Ability to adapt therapy plans to suit individual needs and developmental stages.
