Behavioral Therapist

**Position**: Behavioral Therapist / ABA Therapist **Location**: Continua Kids, Panchkula

**Qualifications**:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly preferred.

As a Behavioral / ABA Therapist at Continua Kids, your primary role will be to improve the lives of children by providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing direct 1:1 therapy sessions to children with developmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) under supervision.
- Collecting, graphing, and analyzing data to monitor the child's progress toward goals and making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Special Educators, to ensure holistic care for children.
- Documenting session notes, progress, and maintaining accurate client records in a timely manner.
- Participating in regular training and supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and professional growth.
