Market Specalist

Role purpose:
To lead the Client On-boarding remediation team and review all Global Markets clients to ensure compliance with international regulations and internal policies.

Customer
- Work efficiently with the customer to elicit change requirements that are fit for purpose, recommending appropriate stakeholders to be involved with elicitation activities
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly and concisely
- Work with the project team to ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables
- Ensure all data gathering from customer is accurate and professional
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met on an ongoing basis.

Skills & knowledge:

- Experience with Corporate or Commercial customers
- Detailed understanding of regulatory requirements related to On boarding
- Understanding of Markets Products & Systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and experience in working across organisation boundaries
- Ability to understand and follow processes
- Ability to detect anomalies, errors and investigate and document the associated root causes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills predicate the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in response to specific issues
- Knowledge of Dodd Frank/FATCA regulatory requirements
