**Job **Responsibilities**
- _Project hierarchy creation. _
- _Define Naming Convention._
- _Customize Reports._
- _Retrieval of external data through IT coordination._
- _Load Piping spec & synchronize with catalog._
- _Update Piping catalog, Piping Specialty and In line instruments as per the need._
- _Create required filters & customize labels._
- _Generate To Do List/Data Consistency reports._
- _Customize View style, template and border file for drawing extraction._
- _Prepare report templates._
- _Coordinate and manage WBS indexes and Drawings preparation._
- _Create WBS project & WBS Items up to Split WBS level._
- _Customize ISOMETRIC set up and required border file._
- _User support &Troubleshooting. _
- _Extract MTO report from model._
- _Review generation through scheduling._
- _Set up Clash server and generate the report as per discipline request and circulate._
- _Closure of clashes is managed by Model Manager in coordination with disciplines. Admin to record on closeout of Clash reports._
- _Database integrity & cleaning weekly / bi-weekly basis as applicable._
- _Perform Approval/Un approval of objects and maintain log._
- _Implement custom commands._
- _Provide guidance and assistance to 3D users._
- _Tracks and manages all user requests._
- _Ensuring healthiness of by auditing at frequent interval, maintaining the logs and interacting with vendors for issue resolution._
