**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Google Ads & Meta Ads Management**:

- Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to reduce CPL and improve ROAS.
- Manage budgets and ensure maximum efficiency across ad spend.
- **Account Management**:

- Handle multiple ad accounts with consistent performance tracking and reporting.
- Ensure regular communication with clients and internal teams regarding campaign progress.
- **Performance Optimization**:

- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives.
- Continuously refine ad targeting, keywords, and bidding strategies.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Generate detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Use tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior and campaign results.
- **Ecommerce & Amazon Sponsored Ads (Bonus)**:

- Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (if applicable).
- Develop strategies to drive sales and improve product visibility on e-commerce platforms.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:

- Communicate campaign strategies and results clearly to clients or team members.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Solid understanding of key digital marketing terminologies (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPA).
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns and reducing CPL.
- Experience with account management and client communications.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Bonus: Experience in Amazon Sponsored Ads or managing e-commerce campaigns.
