Gixenmixen Info Tech is hiring a Chat Support Executive for customer service while working from home. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers via chat, resolving their queries and providing information in a timely and accurate manner. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries about products or services. In addition, you will work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide efficient and effective customer service via chat support
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by responding promptly and accurately
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and new features
- Strive for first contact resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to help resolve complicated issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s database

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience, chat support experience preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with customer service software and databases
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
