As an Executive Assistant at XY Retail, you will be responsible with:

- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system online

What we’re looking for
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- MS Office Certification
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor's degree with a good command on English and business writing skills.
- PA Certification is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in the retail industry is desirable.
- Comfortable with technology, a passion for luxury brands and a love for Italian coffee.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
