
Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with clients and coordinate with the higher ups according to their availability.
- Handle calls of leads and customers
- Describe the products and USP of the product and try to generate maximum conversions.
- Regular follow ups with potential clients.
- Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
- Handle any operations related activities that may be required.
- Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.
- Generate relevant reports from the same.
- Analyse quality of calls and strive for improvement.
**Requirements**:
1. 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales
2. Higher Secondary Education and up.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
5. Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced sales, highly ambitious
