**Role Overview**:
As the **Happiness Manager/Warden**, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive, safe, and engaging living experience for residents. You will act as a mentor, problem-solver, and point of contact for residents, maintaining a welcoming and well-managed environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Resident Welfare & Engagement**: Build strong relationships with residents, address their concerns, and create a supportive community.
- **Safety & Discipline**: Ensure hostel rules and regulations are followed while fostering a respectful environment.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee housekeeping, security, and food services to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle complaints, disputes, or grievances in a professional and empathetic manner.
- **Event Planning**: Organize social, cultural, and well-being activities to enhance resident engagement.
- **Reporting & Coordination**: Maintain records of resident concerns, incidents, and operational issues, reporting them to management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hostel/hotel management, student housing, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student concerns with empathy and authority.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Basic administrative and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
