Fundraising Director develops fundraising strategies, formulates solicitation procedures, and oversees all fundraising activities. Identifies new donor bases, directs and coordinates solicitation of funds. Being a Fundraising Director acts as liaison with funding partners and organizations.

**Responsibilities**:
Researching potential sponsors.

Track record of Strategic Fundraising

Writing funding proposals and sending these to potential sponsors.

Creating marketing and promotional activities.

Developing fundraising events.

Maintaining records of sponsors.

Lead on development of new funding streams.

Organizing campaigns that will lead to donations.

Develop and maintain effective supporter journeys for the development of relationships and retention

Training volunteers.

**Requirements**:
Masters degree in MBA or Equivalent to the field.

Experience in a fundraising position.

Creativity and persuasion skills.

Detail-oriented.

Good organizational skills.

Strong leadership qualities.

Experience of developing and implementing strategic and business plans.

Innovative management style.

Ability to work flexible hours.

Energy, enthusiasm and flair to work hard and achieve ambitious targets.
