- Make daily calls to customers who are interested in our properties.
- Utilize inbound/outbound calls to increase sales.
- Answer questions regarding services to ensure customer requirements
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements.
- Develop and sustain relationships with customers to encourage long-term business.
- Meet/exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
- Update all information to the manager regarding the conversation with the customer.
- Making a weekly and monthly database of follow-ups.
- Excellent selling and persuading skills.
- Ability to confidently engage the client in a conversation, not just to follow a script.
- Ability to plan and manage follow-ups.

Female Required
Good Communication Skills
Experience in Real Estate is a plus point
