- Shall remain prepared for all possible emergency situations and responding to them as per the Emergency Management Plan.

- Maintenance of all functions of civil and mechanical for preventive and break down maintenance related to All Plants, fire hydrant and sprinkler system.
- Maintain critical spares inventory.
- Monitoring and controlling of engineering store movements, review stores issues and its cost
- To monitor site contractors, safe working, and housekeeping by them.
- To verify bills of contractors with joint measurement.
- To raise purchase requisition of project and maintenance material in ERP system & follow up with purchase department and vendor.
- Arrange for third party inspection of equipment’s covered under form no 9,10,11 as per statutory requirements.
- Supervision of equipment erection, commissioning, and piping work.
- Work allotment to subordinates and supervisors involved in shift maintenance activities.
- Work related to energy conservation.
- Engineering scrap disposal through EHS department.
- To Initiate and Execute Work related to energy conservation.
- Ensure necessary documentation related to QMS, ISO9000, ISO14000 & ISO45000, USFDA.
- Immediate recording and reporting of any deviations or violation of standard parameters.
- Prepare and Review of Standard Operating Procedure & qualification document for engineering department
- To impart on the job training to executive/officer related to work and documentation.
