Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control measures in logistics operations.
- Resolve operational issues, delays, and discrepancies through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technologies in logistics and supply chain management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or supply chain logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, projects, and cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems, and transportation tracking tools.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export requirements.
- Certification in logistics management or supply chain operations is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
