Location : Pune

Type of contract : One-year contract (Extendable based on performance)

Preferable joining date : Immediate Joining

**ABOUT HOPE for the Children Foundation (HFCF)**:
Hope for the Children Foundation (HFCF) was founded in 2007 in Pune, India. We are continuously working towards improving the lives of underprivileged and marginalized communities, especially for children, women and youth. We envision a world of sustainable transformation that brings social change, equal rights and opportunities for all. HFCF mainly focuses on education, health, personality development and nutrition and empowering women and youth through different Vocational & Livelihood training programs and Life Skills education.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:
We are looking for individuals who have the following skill set
- MSW or PHD in Social Work
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Marathi.
- Experience in design and develop community level surveys and data collection.
- Experience in Documentation preparation and management.
- Ensure report and findings.
- Expert in CSR activities
- Adaptable and flexible
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities:

- At least 5 years of experience with project-management, relationship-building, and particularly with non-profit/community-based organizations Activity Management, Documentation Preparation and CSR Activities
- The Documentation & CSR Officer is working with the Head of Program department and departmental manager, responsible for preparation, maintenance of documentation of the department. He/She will be extremely organized and will manage all aspects of the documentation need, identification, analysis, preparation of training calendar, documentation of various activities.
- To manage all documental activities.
- Responsible for collecting data points, analyzing and generating various project reports.
- Developing a CSR plan for the organisation
- Actively marketing the CSR plan and impact on the social media handles and through public relations
- Making proposals for the interested leads and developing programs from them

**PACKAGE**: Purely depending on experience and knowledge. **PLEASE MENTION YOUR CURRENT CTC AND EXPECTED CTC, SO THAT SHORTLISTING CAN BE DONE ON THAT BASIS.**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,232.94 per month
